Message from JG
Our projects start with well-prepared briefings;
They are carried out thru selfless teamwork;
We ring a bell for “mission accomplished”.
We call it “bTb” for brief, Team, bell.
Briefing is well prepared brief (concise), complete & organized information that says what you want it to mean.
Think simple; avoid theoretical definitions.
Write in clear, declarative sentences.
Every fact must be useful and actionable; if not, leave it out.
Give all relevant (good or bad) information & facts.
On Friday, propose and agree with your team leader on a mission (must be a priority) that you’ll 100% complete the next week;
Not vague, idea or strategic (long-term);
but tactical with an immediate purpose in parts you can complete
At Monday’s briefing, brief the team on the mission you’ll 100% complete by Friday
My goal is for each one on the team, starting with me, to be disciplined with the bTb every single week so it becomes a very useful habit, better week after week.
When we’ll start doing that, each one of us will successfully complete 48 missions over the next 48 weeks.
